Buddi works with these three payment processor companies: Merrco, Moneris, and Global Payments.



Merrco + Moneris


Step 1

Email support@buddi.io (ATTN: Joanna) to tell her which payment processor company you are with.  She will reply with the instructions below for your convenience.


Step 2

Log in to your payment processor account to obtain the following details and email it to support@buddi.io.


Merrco

  • Account #:
  • API Username:
  • API Password:
  • Single-Use Token Username (SUT):
  • Single-Use Token Password:

Moneris

  • Store ID
  • API Token

Step 3

Email your payment processor provider to tell them that you plan on accepting online payments with Buddi.

Step 4

Joanna will email you to confirm that your details have been received and entered into Buddi.  The payments function will be in Test Mode until your store goes live.  You will receive another email confirmation when payments are officially activated in your online menu.



Global Payments


Step 1

Email support@buddi.io (ATTN: Joanna) to tell her that you are with Global Payments.


Step 2

Joanna will send an email to Global Payments to request your payment API credentials to be sent to Buddi.  You will be cc'ed in that email.  Please reply all in the email with your consent.


Step 3

Please wait.  Once ready, the payment details will be sent over to Buddi.


Step 4

Joanna will email you to confirm that your details have been received and entered into Buddi.  The payments function will be in Test Mode until your store goes live.  You will receive another email confirmation when payments are officially activated in your online menu.
