Issue:

Upon logging into retail.buddi.io on your tablet device, you see a white screen with the error message, "The given data was invalid."  Hitting refresh does not solve the problem.


Possible Solutions:

  1. Clear the cookies and cache on your internet browser;
  2. If that doesn't work, delete the app from the home screen, then recreate it again. The app may have cached excess data.
