Cannot Access Billing

Troubleshooting:



If you are seeing the red error message on the Buddi Billing page, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Access Level:  The Billing section is only available to Master Admin or staff accounts with 'Manager' permissions enabled.
  • Browser Cache: Your browser is loading outdated information.



Action Steps:

  1. Log out, and then log back into your Admin / Manager account
  2. Clear your Browser Cache
  3. Access the browser in private mode (incognito)
  4. Owners: Try signing in with your email address

    NOTE: Legacy (older) Buddi accounts may have Email/Usernames that are not functioning email addresses. To facilitate a smooth transition and ensure convenient access to the Admin Portal for completing subscriptions, we have created Manager accounts linked to owner email addresses. This allows the Password Reset function to be used as needed.
    
    This would be the email address you used to communicate with Buddi during onboarding.

  • If you believe you should have Admin/Manager access but still cannot access Billing tab, please reach out to support@buddi.io for assistance.
    • Let us know what Email/Username you are using to sign into the Admin Portal.
