Buddi x Greenline POS Setup

How to Activate the Integration in Greenline:

  1. Log into your Greenline Dashboard
  2. Go to Integrations > Overview
  3. Toggle on the two blocks called Buddi - Store and Buddi - Online


 

 


The steps above are required to activate the Greenline x Buddi integration on your end.



How to Send Buddi your Greenline Details:

  1. Click on the mail icon to send Buddi your integration details (shown in screenshot above).
  2. A pre-drafted email should pop up with your integration details. Send it to us.
    NOTES: If you DO NOT see the details pop up: Click on the green API Keys button on the main page. The details will pop up; please copy + paste those to Buddi in your onboarding ticket.



Activating the Integration in Buddi:

  • Buddi must also enable the POS integration for live inventory to fully sync.
    • Let our team know after you have received inventory and completed your purchase order so that we can enable the POS integration. We will reply to confirm that the sync is working properly. From there, live inventory syncing into Buddi will replace any test products sitting in your menu.
