How to Activate the Integration in Greenline + Send us the Integration Details:
- Go to your Greenline Dashboard
- Select Integrations > Overview
- Toggle on the two blocks called Buddi - Store and Buddi - Online
The steps above are required to fully activate the Greenline x Buddi integration, and it will send us an automated email with your integration details (we need this)!
Within your Buddi Onboarding ticket, please let us know after you have received inventory and completed your purchase order so that we can enable the integration in the back-end of Buddi. We will reply to confirm that the sync is working properly. From there, live inventory syncing into Buddi will replace any test products sitting in your menu.
