Getting Started

  1. Once we know you're using Cova as your POS provider, we'll contact them directly via email to intiate the integration request.
  2. Cova will send you a form to sign.
  3. Cova will send Buddi the integration details once ready, and you'll be included in that email.

Enabling the Integration

  1. In your Buddi Onboarding ticket, inform us when you have inventory and completed your purchase order.
  2. We'll then enable the integration on the back-end of Buddi.
  3. We'll confirm that the sync is working properly, replacing the default 'test products' in your menu with live inventory.
