Pinning the Tablet App (iOS)

How It Works

To ensure your iPad remains secure and prevents access to other applications, you can 'pin' the Tablet App using Apple's Guided Access Mode. This will  restrict users to our app only.

NOTE: Before proceeding, make sure add the app onto your home screen. This will create an icon on your iPad for quick access.

How to Enable Apple’s Guided Access Mode:

Step 1: 

1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap on General.
3. Tap on Accessibility.
4. Tap on Guided Access under the Learning section.
5. Tap the switch to turn on Guided Access.
6. Tap on Passcode Settings.
7. Tap Set Guided Access Passcode and set a passcode.
    

Step 2:

1. Open the Buddi application.
2. Tap the home button on your iPad 3 times. This will enable guided access and your customers cannot leave the application without entering your guided access password.

That’s it! From here, you can log into the Tablet App as a Retail Store.
