Buddi x Cova Setup

Getting the Integration Details:

  1. Buddi reaches out to Cova: We will contact them directly via email to intiate the integration request.
  2. Cova reaches out to you: Cova will send you a form to sign.
  3. Cova confirms details with Buddi and CC's you: They will send us integration details once ready.
  4. Buddi reaches out to you: We will confirm that the integration is syncing OK (more on that below).



Enabling the Integration

  • Is your store is already open? If so, our team will enable the POS integration and notify you that it's syncing OK.

  • Is your store new? If you are opening a new store and don't have inventory yet:
    1. You will need to reach out to Buddi once you have inventory and completed your purchase order.
    2. Our team will enable the integration on our end.
    3. Buddi will reach out to you to confirm that the integration is syncing OK. If it isn't working for any reason, our team will coordinate with your POS provider directly to resolve the issue.


NOTE: Once an integration is active, default 'test products' shown on your menu be replaced with live inventory.
