Getting Started
- Once we know you're using Cova as your POS provider, we'll contact them directly via email to intiate the integration request.
- Cova will send you a form to sign.
- Cova will send Buddi the integration details once ready, and you'll be included in that email.
Enabling the Integration
- In your Buddi Onboarding ticket, inform us when you have inventory and completed your purchase order.
- We'll then enable the integration on the back-end of Buddi.
- We'll confirm that the sync is working properly, replacing the default 'test products' in your menu with live inventory.
