After we have been notified that you are using COVA as your POS provider, we will reach out to them directly via email. COVA will reply to our team with the integration details once it is ready, and you will be cc'ed in that email.

That's it! Within your Buddi Onboarding ticket, please let us know after you have received inventory and completed your purchase order so that we can enable the integration in the back-end of Buddi. We will reply to confirm that the sync is working properly. Live inventory syncing into Buddi will replace the default 'test products' sitting in your menu.
