Accessing the Customer Queue

Staff members using floater tablets to serve customers on the floor can access the Tablet App's version of the Admin Portal's 'Order Queue', called the 'Customer Queue'. This is found in the 'Staff' area of the app.



How to View the Customer Queue:

  1. Go to retail.buddi.io and log in to the Tablet App with your Store Admin Account logins (aka 'Retail Store Logins').
  2. Select the 'Staff' tab in the top-right corner.
  3. Select 'General Staff' in the dropdown > enter the password.
  4. Select 'Customer Queue'.
  5. You can now view and update all incoming orders of the day.

 

Although the queue is accessible in the Tablet App, we highly recommend using the Admin Portal as the main hub for managing incoming orders (app.buddi.io).
