Staff members using 'floater' tablets to serve customers on the floor can access the Tablet App's version of the Order Queue: Customer Queue. This is found in the Staff Portal.
To view the Queue:
- Go to https://retail.buddi.io and sign in with your Retail Store Login (found in your welcome email)
- Select the Staff Member sign in option in the bottom right corner
- Select General Staff in the dropdown > enter the password
- Select Customer Queue
- You can now view all incoming orders
Although the Order Queue is accessible in the in-store Tablet App, we highly recommend using the Admin Portal as the main hub for managing incoming orders (https://app.buddi.io).
