Staff members using 'floater' tablets to serve customers on the floor can access the Tablet App's version of the Order Queue: Customer Queue. This is found in the Staff Portal.


To view the Queue:

  1. Go to https://retail.buddi.io and sign in with your Retail Store Login (found in your welcome email)
  2. Select the Staff Member sign in option in the bottom right corner
  3. Select General Staff in the dropdown > enter the password
  4. Select Customer Queue
  5. You can now view all incoming orders


Although the Order Queue is accessible in the in-store Tablet App, we highly recommend using the Admin Portal as the main hub for managing incoming orders (https://app.buddi.io).
