Support Ticket

If you still haven't launched yet, please send an email to your Customer Success Specialist in your Buddi Onboarding ticket. 

Creating a new ticket in the Buddi Support Portal creates visibility for our agents and allows more people to be looped into the conversation if needed. Urgent matters get prioritized and we will get back to you at our earliest convenience.

If you have already launched Buddi for 2+ weeks, or your matter is urgent, please create a new ticket.

There are two ways to create a new ticket:

  1. Email support@buddi.io; this will auto-generate a new ticket; or
  2. Go to the Buddi Support Portal and click on 'New support ticket' to fill out a form
