Activating Buddi Special Membership

Buddi Special Membership
Separate from Club Membership

This feature allows you to show special pricing to customers who sign up for a membership in your Buddi menu.

This is different from the Club Membership (3rd Party) feature, in which stores can connect external loyalty programs with Buddi, such as Springbig or AlpineIQ.

The special member pricing only allows for a blanket discount at this time. This means that you cannot select specific products for the promotion; it applies to all products on your menu.

• Enter your value in the '% Off' field. This would apply a set percentage off of all products.
• For example, if you apply 10% off as the member pricing discount, your whole menu would display both the member price and regular price.

Exceptions

• Member pricing discounts cannot stack with the following:
  1. Products that are already on sale
  2. Products with a Discount Code applied at checkout
     
     
• In both scenarios, the discounted price would override the member price.

Banner Text

You can add enable and customize the 'Banner Text' that appears at the top of the menu to notify customers about your member pricing program.

Members need to sign into their Buddi profile to get special member pricing; items added to cart without signing in will not qualify for the discount.

Member Price Syncing

• Membership pricing set up in Buddi will show in your POS as typical discounted sales.
• Please note that membership settings entered in your POS are separate from Buddi; we cannot sync this information into our system. 
• You just need to set up the feature in Buddi.
