Unlinked Products

Once you have finished editing your product listing in 'My Menu', the content is reflected on your Buddi menu right away.


However, if the listing still reads, "Hi there! We're currently working on adding content for this product," then it means that the product is unlinked. It would need to be added by Buddi in the Product Catalog.


Once you have filled out the details, please email support@buddi.io to notify us about the specific listing you added. Our team will link the product into our system and the unlinked message will disappear.



Is the product already in Buddi's database?

  • You can check by going to My Menu > Product Catalog. Products appearing in this tab are linked.
  • Tip: Open a listing on a separate tab (in your internet browser) to easily transfer data from one listing to another.

Note: Unlinked products have a red X icon in 'My Menu'. Upon hover, a 'Missing Content' error message will appear.
