Step #1:
Select 'My Stores' from the menu

Step #2:

Select the 'Add a Store' purple button in the top right

Step #3:

Fill in the form:

  1. Store ID: If you reference your store by an ID use this here.

  2. Store Name: Enter a descriptive name. Sometimes clients enter the road the store is on or the city it is in.

  3. Store Location: Select the province and city.

  4. Retail Login Email: This is the email you'll use to sign into the retail application with.
    Ex: '' might be a login email format you would want to follow. 
    Note: the email does not have to be active as we will not be sending any information to it.

  5. Password: Remember to keep your passwords secure.

  6. Email to notify us about your new store. A member of our Customer Success team will reach out to you to complete the setup. Please confirm your full address, target launch date, and store hours.
