NOTE: If you are using Cova, Greenline, or TechPOS, then we recommend that you enter all discount prices in your POS catalog. Sale prices will automatically sync into Buddi.

How to Set up Discounts in Buddi

Step 1: Access the Discounts Setup Page

Log into the Admin Portal > go to Promotions > Discounts.

Step 2: Choose Discount Type

Select the type of discount you want to apply:

• % off Products: A percentage discount off the original price.
• $ off Products: A fixed amount discount off the original price.

Step 3: Enter Discount Details

Enter the discount value in the appropriate field:

• For percentage discounts, enter the percentage value (e.g. 20%).
• For fixed amount discounts, enter the dollar value (e.g. $10 off).

Step 4: Select Locations

You can apply discounts to a single location or multiple locations. Choose the locations where the discount will apply:

• Apply To All Locations: The discount will be available at all your store locations.
• Specific Location: Select the desired location(s) from the list.

Step 5: Select Products

Specify which products the discount applies to:

• All Products: The discount will apply to all products in your inventory.
• Specific Collections: The discount will apply to a selected Collection.
• Specific Products: The discount will apply to specific products.

Save your Settings: After selecting applicable products for the discount, ensure that you hit Save twice!

Step 6: Set Discount Duration

Select the start date for the discount.

• The discount will begin at midnight on the selected start date, or immediately if the start date is the current date.

Optional - Check' Set end date' if you want to define a specific end date for the discount.

• The sale prices would automatically turn off at midnight on the selected end date.

Optional - Check 'Use Time Frame' if you want the discount to apply only during specific times.

Step 7: Save

Review all the entered information to ensure accuracy. Save the discount settings.

Step 8: Activate Discount

Toggle the discount on in the main Discounts page.

• The discounts will now be active and displayed in your Buddi menu as per the configured parameters.
