Once your TechPOS integration is active, cannabis products will sync automatically to Buddi — no manual import/export required.
Requirements for Products to Sync
- The POS integration must be activated in both systems.
- These product details must be entered in your POS catalog:
- UPC code
- Price
- Inventory count
NOTE: Only in-stock products with valid UPCs will appear on your menu.
How the Integration Works
Cannabis Products
- Once your TechPOS integration is active, cannabis products will sync automatically into your Buddi menu — no manual import/export needed.
- Buddi pulls the following from TechPOS for each in-stock cannabis product:Field
Syncs Automatically NotesProduct Name ✅ Sourced from TechPOS Price ✅ Set in TechPOS UPC / Barcode ✅ Must be 12–14 digits Inventory Count ✅ Only in-stock items will appear Product Content (including Product Name, LP/Brand, Description, Variant, Units, Strain Type, images, THC/CBD/CBN/CBG, Original Province, Growing Method, Flavours, Terpenes, Ingredients) ✅ Pulled from Buddi’s internal database, not from TechPOS
