Sales Overview


The 'Sales Overview' page gives a quick snapshot of your sales that are made through Buddi.



How to Filter your Results:

  1. Click the dropdown containing the date to 'Select Date Range'.

  2. Click the Filters button to bring up the 'Report Filters' sidebar shown below.
    1. Use the 'Order Type' dropdown to select In-Store, Pickup, Delivery, Listing Partner, or Direct Mail.

      ***NEW*** Buddi's product release mid-May 2024 includes the addition of 'All' as an option in the dropdown menu. This is the default setting in your dashboard; it will automatically display data encompassing all order types unless you make a new selection in the dropdown to filter the results.

    2. Multi-store locations can use the 'Filter by stores' dropdown to select specific location(s).

    3. 'Filter by staff' is very optional. This function is used by retailers who use separate staff accounts to manage Buddi orders. Select your General Staff account if that's all you're using for the queue.

    4. Click 'Apply Filters'

 



How to Get a Sales Report

  • To generate a Retail Sales Overview report of your filtered results, click on the 'Export' button.
