UPC is missing from your point of sale


Displayed Message: When attempting to pull in product content for this product we noticed the UPC was missing from your point of sale platform. To correct this issue please enter a UPC (also known as barcode) into the point of sale. Once completed our system will be able to recognize it on the next product sync.


What is happening?

The product shown does not have a UPC/Barcode entered into your point of sale system. We cannot make an association to a product in our system without this identifier. 


How can we resolve this? 

Please find the UPC/Barcode of the product and enter it into your Point of Sale. Oftentimes this identifier will be on the barcode area of the product packaging.
