Duplicate UPC Detected
We've identified a duplicate product with the same UPC/barcode in your system. As a result, we're unable to apply specific product content to this item. To resolve this, please update the UPC in your point of sale platform. Once done, our system will recognize and apply the correct product content during the next sync.
Rotational Strains: Many rotational strains reuse UPC/barcodes, in these cases, you will need to update the content manually.
What is happening?
- Two or more products in your point of sale are using the same barcode. We can only apply the content to one of the products.
How can we resolve the issue?
- Update the barcode/UPC for one of these products within your point of sale. If this is a rotational strain please note that we can only apply Buddi content to one of these products. The other product will require you to edit content directly within My Menu.
