POS-Specific Guidelines

Each POS system comes with its distinct set of requirements and features that influence how product content is managed and displayed. Understanding these nuances is crucial for ensuring that your product listings are not only accurate but also fully optimized for each system's unique capabilities.

NOTE: Buddi offers the flexibility to customize product content directly within 'My Menu', but keep in mind that certain product details can be edited directly in your POS catalog, which can then sync into Buddi.

The following guidelines are tailored according to the POS provider you are using. We encourage you to review these to fully understand what can or cannot be edited directly in Buddi and your POS system.

Product Content Inquiries

If you have product content that you’d like to share with us (or you notice inaccuracies with some of the details), please include the following:

  • Product Name
  • Producer/Brand
  • Size
  • UPC (not the SKU)
  • 1-2 photos of the product label (optional)
