TechPOS Order Sync Disruption - Resolved for Reported Accounts

We’ve made significant progress addressing the cURL error 6 issue affecting Buddi × TechPOS integrations. All retailers who reached out to us directly have now been updated with new endpoints provided by TechPOS, and their integrations are syncing successfully.
Issue Summary:
Multiple TechPOS-integrated retailers encountered cURL error 6 : Could not resolve host when Buddi attempted to send order data. This indicated a DNS issue on TechPOS’s side, caused by recent changes to their API endpoints.
Status:
New endpoints have been received from TechPOS for all reported accounts
Buddi has updated those integrations, and syncing is now working as expected
If an account is still experiencing issues, it's likely the endpoint has not yet been updated on TechPOS’s side
We are continuing to monitor stability across all updated integrations
Next Steps:
If your store is still seeing cURL error 6 in the Order Queue or a stalled 'Last Content Sync' timer (in 'My Menu'), please:
- Report the issue to support@techpos.ca - their team may need to update your endpoint configuration
- Cc. support@buddi.io to keep us in the loop
- TechPOS will then send us the updated details so we can reconfigure your integration in Buddi
- In the meantime, we recommend keeping online ordering disabled to prevent missed orders:
- Go to the Admin Portal > Store Settings > Online Menu: Configuration page
- Uncheck 'allow orders to be placed'
- Hit 'Save'
