Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Reach out to BlazePay to initiate setup
- Email support-ca@blaze.me to get started.
Step 2: Confirm your BlazePay account with Buddi
- Once BlazePay confirms that setup is done:
- Email support@buddi.io, Cc. support-ca@blaze.me
- Continue with the steps below.
Step 3: Add your Website to BlazePay
- Log into your Greenline Dashboard.
- Go to BlazePay's 'Allowed Origins' settings.
- Add your website's root domain: {main website URL}
Step 4: Locate Your BlazePay Credentials
- In your Greenline Dashboard > Go to Settings > Payments
- Click the drop-down for the location you would like to set up.
- Click the gear icon.
- Click on Configuration > You will then see these credentials*:
*Let Blaze Support know if you need help finding these credentials.- Organization Name
- Store Name
- Client ID (Widget)
- BLAZE Merchant ID

Step 5: Add Credentials to Buddi
- Log into the Admin Portal
- Go to Store Settings > Online Menu: Payment
- Select the 'BlazePay' radial button.
- Copy + paste the following details from BlazePay:
- (BLAZE) Merchant ID
- Client ID (Widget)
Step 6: Enable Online Payments in Buddi
- Go to Online Menu: Configuration
- Check ‘Accept online paid orders’.
- Select the 'BlazePay' radial button.
- Select 'Both Options Available' under Pickup*
*This setting is what most retailers choose. It means you will accept both unpaid or prepaid orders at checkout. If you are offering Delivery, you will need to select 'Pay Online' under Delivery.
- Scroll down > Hit 'Save'.
Step 7: Run a Paid Test Order
- Go to your online menu.
- Run a paid test order to confirm it's working.
If you encounter issues, disable online payments temporarily in Online Menu: Configuration. - Notify us: Reply in the ticket to confirm whether your test order went through successfully.
