Accessing your Buddi Onboarding Ticket

Introduction


Once you have signed the contract, our Account Executive will create a new ticket for you from Buddi Support. This is your Buddi Onboarding ticket, which serves as the primary mode of communication with our team during the onboarding process.


Use this ticket to ask questions, provide updates, and stay in touch with our Customer Success Team.



How to Begin Buddi Onboarding:

  1. Click on the link in the welcome email that our Account Executive sends you after signing the contract.
     
  2. Sign up for a Buddi Support Portal account if you are a new user.
     
  3. Once registered, you can log in to the Buddi Support Portal to access your Buddi Onboarding ticket and communicate with your Customer Success Specialist / CS Team.
    • Please notify us about important updates in this ticket to prepare for the launch.
    • Let us know if you prefer talking on the phone instead of writing emails.
         
  4. We will send you an email containing your Buddi login credentials and action steps.
     
  5. Stay in touch!
