1. Contract with Buddi is signed.
  2. Account Executive sends you a welcome email with 'Buddi Onboarding' in the subject line. This email thread from 'Buddi Support' is your official onboarding ticket.
  3. Click on the link in the email.
  4. Sign up for your Buddi Support Portal account if you are a new user.
  5. Once registered, you can log in to the Buddi Support Portal to access your Buddi Onboarding ticket and communicate with your Customer Success Specialist (CSS).

    - Please notify us about important updates in this ticket to prepare for the launch.
    - Let your CSS know if you prefer talking on the phone instead of writing emails.
  6. Your CSS will send you an email containing your Buddi login credentials and action steps.

  7. Questions and updates can be sent in this ticket for Buddi Onboarding.
