To access your Buddi dashboard (Admin Portal), go to app.buddi.io.


NOTE: We highly recommend using the Admin Portal app on a desktop or laptop computer, as it is optimized for those devices and may not function as intended on tablets.



Each *MAIN SECTION* of the Admin Portal has its own folder in the Knowledge Base.

NOTE: 'Order Queue', 'Store Settings', and 'Promotions' are sub-sections in the Admin Portal but have their own folders with detailed articles. For a full breakdown, see the Table of Contents.



Access Based on Account Type

  • Master/Store Admin Accounts have full permission settings, with access to all sections (left image below).
  • General Staff Accounts have limited permission settings. It is primarily used to track incoming Buddi orders (right image below).
