Limited Content

What is happening?

This content notification means that our system has identified products within your menu that lack specific details. These items are automatically tagged with a 'Limited Content' warning to help you quickly address any missing information.

Products in 'My Menu' will receive a 'Limited Content' tag if they are missing any of the following:

  • Type: the category or type of the product
  • Images: at least one image must be associated with the product
  • Description: a brief description of the product
  • Cannabinoids: information on at least one cannabinoid, such as THC, CBD, CBG, or CBN

This tagging system is designed to ensure that all products on your menu are complete and appealing to customers, helping to improve their shopping experience.

How can we resolve this?

To remove the "Limited Content" tag and enhance your product listings, follow these steps:

  1. Log into the Admin Portal > navigate to 'My Menu'
  2. Checkmark the 'Limited Content' notification on the right.
  3. Review the list of products. Each one is tagged with a red icon:
  4. Click on a product to view and edit the product details.
  5. A warning will indicate the missing elements, such as 'Missing Content: Image(s)' or 'Missing Content: Image(s), Description'
  6. Update the product by adding the required information as indicated.
  7. Hit 'Save'

The 'Limited Content' tag will automatically disappear once the product has been updated with all necessary details.

By addressing these notifications and updating your product information, you ensure a more robust and appealing menu for your customers. If certain details are not immediately available, you may choose to hide the product temporarily or until the missing information can be provided.

Notes:

  • Occasionally, information that is missing from your menu could already be available in Buddi's Product Catalog but isn’t showing up. In such cases, you can use the 'Reset Content' function within the listing to pull any missing or updated data.
