- Yes. Licensed cannabis retailers in Manitoba may offer both delivery and curbside pick-up. Retailers can use their own staff or contract third-party delivery services, provided those services are licensed by the LGCA.

What are the requirements for delivering cannabis in Manitoba?
- Age Verification: Deliveries must be made only to individuals aged 19 or older. Delivery personnel must verify the recipient's age using valid government-issued photo identification.
- Delivery Personnel: Individuals delivering cannabis must be at least 19 years old and have successfully completed CannSell MB. Proof of course completion must be carried during deliveries.
- Delivery Timing: Deliveries must not occur more than 30 minutes after the retail store's closing time as specified under the Act.
- Delivery Records: Retailers must maintain records of each delivery, including date, time, delivery address, and the name of the licensed supplier. These records must be retained for 2 years and made available to the LGCA upon request.
- Packaging: Cannabis must be delivered in its original, sealed packaging as received from the licensed supplier. The packaging must prevent the escape of cannabis odour and conceal the contents.
What should be done if a cannabis delivery cannot be completed?
- If cannabis is taken out for delivery but is not delivered, it must be returned to the same store on the same day. It cannot be re-delivered until the next day.
Are there specific rules for delivering to First Nations communities?
- Yes, deliveries to First Nations communities are allowed unless the community has explicitly restricted delivery. Restrictions take effect 30 days after a band council resolution is received by LGCA.

- Curbside pick-up is permitted for licensed cannabis retailers in Manitoba.
