⚠️ Common Pitfalls to Avoid

PROBLEMFIX
KML file errors (Delivery Zones)First-time users may struggle with Google Maps. Export errors often require CS help. Make sure the address is listed properly on Google, or else it can cause a geolocating error and the customer won’t be able to check out.

Forgot to save after enabling DeliveryAlways hit ‘Save’ after turning on Delivery or changing settings — or the setup won’t apply.
Turning off Delivery entirelyInstead of disabling delivery, consider using Delivery Hours to restrict order times while keeping the option visible to customers.
Delivery Fee Product ID missing (Cova only)Create a non-stock SKU in your POS. Copy the Product ID from the POS and paste it into Buddi’s Delivery Settings. Article: How to Set Up Delivery (for Cova users)
