How to Hide Accessory Products

There are 2 options to hide accessories syncing into Buddi:

1. Hide individual products in 'My Menu'

   • Open My Menu, click the eyeball icon beside the product, and toggle visibility off
     
     

2. Use the Safety Stock feature

   • In the Inventory Levels section, enter a high number for the Accessory category under Set Safety Stock (e.g. 500).
     
     

   • Products with inventory above this number will appear in Buddi; products at or below this number will be hidden from your menu (but still sync into Buddi).
     
     

   • Note: This method does not work for Barnet POS users.
      

Alternative methods:

1. Remove UPC from POS

   • To prevent specific accessory products from syncing into Buddi entirely, remove the UPC from those items in your POS catalog.
     
     

2. Create a cannabis-only Collection

   • If you want your front-end menu to show only cannabis products (while still offering accessories for sale online), create a Collection containing cannabis products only.

   • Enable a filter button for quick access and/or upload an image tile for higher visibility. Clicking on either will take customers to a menu showing cannabis products only, with no accessories displayed.
