Highlight Delivery on your Menu


Where to Edit:
Admin Portal > Store Settings > Online Menu: Delivery

  • Add a Custom Delivery Message to showcase:

    • Same-day or scheduled delivery cut-offs

    • Free-delivery minimums

    • Estimated delivery times

    • Driver verification requirements

  • Reinforce Delivery availability with an announcement banner or Special Message at the top of your menu.
    e.g. ✨ Free Delivery on Orders Over $100. Available 12 PM - 8 PM Daily!

 
 

Use Collections and Discounts to Promote Delivery Orders

  • Create a Delivery-exclusive Collection (e.g. “Perfect for Delivery Night”) featuring convenient or high-margin products

  • Pair with automatic discounts or codes such as:

    • “DELIVER10” - 10% off first delivery order

  • Use Special Messages or banners to display these offers prominently
     


Promote Delivery Beyond the Menu

  • Add delivery details to your website footer, homepage banners, or blog posts
  • Promote delivery at the POS counter by providing a Discount Code for placing first delivery order
  • Include QR codes linking directly to your Buddi menu on:
    • In-store receipts and bags

Leverage Customer Notifications

  • Enable the Out for Delivery and Ready for Delivery notifications in
    Admin Portal > Store Settings > Online Menu: Messages

New Enhancement: Delivery Scheduling Options

Buddi’s latest Delivery update introduces new Schedule Type settings, giving you more control and transparency when managing delivery expectations with customers.


You can now choose from three schedule types in your Online Menu: Delivery settings:
