Buddi’s latest Delivery update introduces new Schedule Type settings, giving you more control and transparency when managing delivery expectations with customers.
You can now choose from three schedule types in your Online Menu: Delivery settings:
Schedule Type | What Customers See | Best For |

No Defined Schedule | Delivery is available, but no specific timing is displayed | Stores offering flexible or same-day fulfillment without strict time commitments |
Delivery Hours | Shows the store’s active delivery hours at checkout. Orders placed outside these hours will automatically display a next-available message. | Most common setup - clear visibility on when deliveries can be placed and fulfilled |
Delivery Windows (Best) | Customers can select a pre-defined time window at checkout (e.g. 12 PM – 3 PM or 3 PM – 6 PM) | Stores with structured delivery runs who want to manage driver scheduling and set customer expectations clearly |
