To help with the process of identifying which customers are loyalty members in Buddi, a green gift icon will appear beside the customer's name if they are a loyalty member. In the order details, underneath customer info, the same icon will appear, along with the label: Loyalty Member.
Note: In order for the green gift icon to appear, the customer will need to connect to their membership.
EXPORTING MEMBERS FROM ORDER QUEUE
The csv file that is generated from exporting customers from the order queue now contains a column that identifies whether or not a customer is loyalty member. This info can be used for further data analysis and/or to target certain loyalty customers.
