To help with the process of identifying which customers are loyalty members in Buddi, a green gift icon will appear beside the customer's name if they are a loyalty member. In the order details, underneath customer info, the same icon will appear, along with the label: Loyalty Member.
NOTE: In order for the green gift icon to appear, the customer will need to connect to their membership.
Exporting Members from Order Queue
- The csv file that is generated from exporting customers from the order queue now contains a column that identifies whether or not a customer is loyalty member. This info can be used for further data analysis and/or to target certain loyalty customers.
