NOTE: Buddi can only auto-sync accessories from Cova + Greenline POS. All other POS users must either use the method outlined in this article to import accessories into Buddi, or create accessory product listings manually in Buddi.
How to Import Accessories into Buddi:
(with an Excel file)
- Enter these product details into your POS catalog first for all accessories:
(mandatory fields are in orange below)

is master product

Price
UPC - Export your accessories inventory from your POS into an Excel file.
- Transfer the data on that file into Buddi's template: download the sample file here.
- After you have filled in the details, correct the format of the Price and UPC columns:
- Select the entire column.
- Use the dropdown (that says General) to change the settings to the following:
- Price -> Number
- UPC -> Fraction
- Upload the file into the Admin Portal > Accessory Products page.
Experiencing issues uploading the file?
- Verify the columns in your Excel file. They need to be in the correct format (indicated above). By default, the columns' cell/number formats are set to 'General'.
- Ensure that all of your in-stock items have a valid UPC code attached.
- Having a blank UPC, price, and inventory count would prevent the item from syncing into Buddi.
- UPCs should only use letters, numbers, or both and be different from the SKU.
- If you continue to experience issues, feel free to email the Excel file to support@buddi.io so that our team can assist.
