Members can earn points on their purchases (both paid online and unpaid - but payment has be to be applied in POS to receive points for unpaid order), which can then be used to redeem rewards and apply them to future online purchases.
Points are earned based on the subtotal of the transaction.
Retailers can see how many points a customer earned for each purchase in the check-section and in their customer profile in Springbig.
Customer Profile
In the customer profile in Springbig you can view details such as their visits and rewards and/or offers have been redeemed. There is also a link to the customer's wallet if you would like to provide them with that.

Refunds
Full Refunds
If a full refund has been done, the points from the rewards used to apply a discount will be added back to the wallet. Points that are earned from the purchase will be deducted from the wallet.
Partial Refunds
If a partial refund has been done, the customer will be able to keep the points that were earned from the purchase.
